我们跨越故乡的地平线    Beyond the horizon of the place we lived when we were young
生活在充满诱惑和奇迹的世界里    In a world of magnets and miracles
我们的思绪不停飘荡，无边无际    Our thoughts strayed constantly and without boundary
然而，离别的钟声已然响起    The ringing of the division bell had begun

独自走在漫长的路上    Along the long road and on down to the causeway
他们重逢还带着隔阂吗？    Do they still meet there by the Cut？
跟随我们脚步的乐队粗劣不堪    There was a ragged band that followed our footsteps
在我们的梦想幻灭前不停地奔跑    Running before time took our dreams away
离开企盼束缚我们在土地上的生灵    Leaving the myriad small creatures trying to tie us to the ground

光阴虚度，人生空幻    To a life consumed by slow decay
青草曾经更绿    The grass was greener
光线曾经更亮    The light was brighter
朋友环绕左右    With friends surrounded
夜晚美妙惊奇    The nights of wonder

回视身后桥梁余烬，生气勃勃    Looking beyond the embers of bridges glowing behind us
又换另一个角度来看，绿草如茵    To a glimpse of how green it was on the other side
迈步前行，却似梦游    Steps taken forwards but sleepwalking back again
总是被内心的力量拖回    Dragged by force of some inner tide
旗帜飘扬，意气高昂    At a higher altitude with flag unfurled
我们到达梦想的高度，头晕目炫    We reached the dizzy heights of that dreamed of world
却永远被欲望和野心觊觎    Encumbered forever by desire and ambition
也总是得不到满足    There´s a hunger still unsatisfied
虽然我们曾经多次走在路上     Though down this road we’ve been so many times

拂晓的薄雾四处弥漫    The dawn mist growing
河水奔腾，川流不息    The water flowing
无穷无尽    The endless river
直到永远    Forver and ever
